Hi.
I have a list of quotes in Sheet 1, and column L contains the status of the quote (i.e. won, lost, pending, etc)
We have a weekly meeting and one of the things that comes up is to chase up pending quotes. To do this I am currently manually copy, pasting the last few months worth of quotes and deleting anything that isn't pending.

I was wondering if there was a way to automatically have a table in the next sheet that only displays the quotes with PENDING in column L. I've had a look at pivot tables but I've never done them before and am not sure how to jig them to do this.

Any ideas?
Cheers.

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
if your information is in table format ie rows and columns with headers
select a cell in the table and press control & L or control & T this will select the table and ask if the table has headers say yes if it has and this will allow you to sort by the Items you want to view IE: Pending
