Viewable range

i am extracting data on Spreadsheet control on vba userform from MS acess. i want to fix the viewable range accoring to the data available in recordset. like -

total records available 5 and and field count is 5(0-5)

then i want to fix viewable range starting from A1 to F5. and all other cells are hidden

thanks in advance

So, just use a worksheet change event to find the used area and hide anything beyond that.

there is no such event available when we work on spreadsheet control i think or i don't know how to use such event, please let me know if you have any idea
