Vlook up returning 00/01/1900

Hi I wonder if you guys can help?
I am using the formula
=IF(ISERROR(VLOOKUP(C2,ShedA!C:O,13,FALSE)),"",VLOOKUP(C2,ShedA!C:O,13,FALSE))
The input for the return is a dropdown list with dates.
The Lookup returns 00/01/1900 for blank cells. However this is not for all the cells some cells in my column return a blank and others 00/01/1900 E.g cell O14 returns a blank but O15 00/01/1900 the formula has been dragged down.
This has me stumped, I have searched the web and this forum and not got an exact answer.
