Hi ,
I am having problems writing a formula with roundup and VLOOKUP combined and wondering if anyone could help me.
I have a product table that is split into durations of 3 months (Example below). The value of the product always rounds up to a duration of 3, for example if the duration is 1 month the value to be reported is the same as the duration of 3 months, if the duration is 4 months it should be reported the same as the duration of 6 months and so on.
At the moment I am using a unique ID to validate the values in a spreadsheet to confirm it matches the product table. What I cant figure out is to add roundup to vlookup so I will still get a value reported if the duration in the spreadsheet does not exist i.e. 8 months duration is not in the product table , If 8 is reported in the spreadsheet I would like the formula to report the value for 9 months.
Any help with this is greatly appreciated
