Vlookup for a cell with multiple criteria

I have a spreadsheet which looks like this
in the second spreadsheet (Sheet2) i have a list of names with associated references to them. what id like is these refferences to appear in collumn P seperated by a comma like the names are in collumn O, is this possible?

Excel Facts

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
For example the refferences for these people in the second spreadsheet are,
Kumar Ramu - H2438223
Ubaidillah A Hasan - H2342342
Anne Ong - H3453498
etc.


I would initially like the output in for example cell P3 to be something like "H2438223, H2342342, H3453498"

Where are these? The answer "second spreadsheet" is not sufficient.

How must a formula know which names to pick out?

Sheet called "Sheet2" he first one is "Sheet1" and everything which is spaced out by a comma so every name in the cell as i could take the registry administrion part out. Sorry about this, im new to this forum

Adrian, it's difficult to understand your data and the results you want.
