Excel Facts

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
For example the refferences for these people in the second spreadsheet are,
Kumar Ramu - H2438223
Ubaidillah A Hasan - H2342342
Anne Ong - H3453498
etc.

I would initially like the output in for example cell P3 to be something like "H2438223, H2342342, H3453498"

Where are these? The answer "second spreadsheet" is not sufficient.

How must a formula know which names to pick out?

Sheet called "Sheet2" he first one is "Sheet1" and everything which is spaced out by a comma so every name in the cell as i could take the registry administrion part out. Sorry about this, im new to this forum

Adrian, it's difficult to understand your data and the results you want.
