Vlookup from 2 columns

I have colleague names in 2 columns, F and I. The name will only appear once in either F or I but it could be in either one. Their finish times are in column Q. I want to lookup the finish time whether their name is in column F or I but not sure how to do this?

=IFNA(INDEX(Sheet1!$Q$2:$Q$100,MATCH(A2,Sheet1!$F$2:$F$100,0)),INDEX(Sheet1!$Q$2:$Q$100,MATCH(A2,Sheet1!$I$2:$I$100,0)))
