Fantastic. Thanks so much!!! I didn't consider the quotation marks. It's now understandable.Literal text MUST always be enclosed in double-quotes, i.e.
Excel Formula:=vlookup("John Doe",$A$5:$C$20,2)
This is true in any/all Excel functions.
