Vlookup/ Index Match?

Hi All - I am trying to pull in a value (email address) based on first and last names being true/matching.

The first sheet column A has the first name, column B has last name.
The second sheet has column A with the first name, column B with the last name, and C with the email address.

I am trying to get the formula to find the first and last name from the first sheet in the second sheet and return the matching email address. I don't want to use a helper column if possible.

can you load a sample using 2XLBB - see signature

Otherwise a lot of assumptions

=INDEX( Column you want returned - email address, MATCH( First name cell & Last name cell , lookup Column with first name & lookup column with last name, 0 ))

Assuming Look up table is in column A, B, C on sheet 2
sheet one is where you want the data returned and first name in sheet1 column A and last name in sheet1 column B - starting at row2

=INDEX( Sheet2!C:C, MATCH ( Sheet1!A2 & Sheet1B2, Sheet2!A:A&Sheet2!B:B , 0 ))

But a range is more efficient in excel then using full column references
