Vlookup Multiple Criteria

Hello, I am trying to vlookup based on multiple criteria. Last name, first name, then looks up address on sheet 2.

Any thoughts?
 
2022 Mircosoft 365 I think
If you click your Profile Name on top and add the details there, they will automatically appear to everyone and would be helpful. See the screenshot below

Excel Facts

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
Do you mean "Last Name", "First Name" and "Address"?
Yes, you have to put right cell addresses for formula to work

I would have done that for you but the screenshot you gave in your question is very basic. Still I thought I can try and help you out.

For some reason I am still getting NA's.

Should I be referencing sheet 2 if that is where the address's are coming from?

Exactly - The reference should be for the column to look Up on Sheet 2 and the column on Sheet from where Address will come from

It will look something like this

Sheet2!D:D

If the address column on sheet 2 is D

Try, need not worry we are there to help you

So sheet one is where the formula has been placed. Sheet 2 is where the emails live.

For some reason still getting NA's

Can you post screenshot of both sheets where I could see Columns Numbers & rows numbers along with some sample data.

Though best practice is to post sample data using XL2BB utility available on this forum.
