I am trying to create a vlookup, but the results keep retreiving the cell value from one cell ahead of actual value? I pasted the formula for 48 rows and it is consistently retreiving the value ahead of the actual.

For example: the actual value I am wanting placed in A6 is in H4 but it is retreiving the cell value in H5.

=VLOOKUP(A6,$G$1:$H$48,2)

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
If you need exact match, then add a FALSE argument to your vlookup()...

Like so: =VLOOKUP(A6,$G$1:$H$48,2,FALSE)
