Vlookup with Exact Match

Dear Experts,

Let say I have similar company name, document no. and reference no., only different in PIC, how can I not get the first amount 80000 when i vlook the company against the document no.? I just couldnt get the vlook with exact formula up... please help. Thank you.

1- What is your VLOOKUP so far?
2- What do you expect to get? 80000 (1st), 100000 (2nd), or 180000 (sum up), or TRUE (Confirm existing)?
