Vlookup Won't pull data of formula.

Hello,
I am working a vlookup and I can't get it to pull the data it should be. I have several functions in the cells that will help when I complete the dashboard I'm creating. But for I can't get the vlookup to work. Attached are the formulas I have In column B and C of the table and the column A below for the lookup.

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Sort by date Sort by votes
Your lookup value needs to be in the leftmost column of the lookup range.
