I’m not sure if this is a VLOOKUPS function, but what I’m trying to accomplish is:

I have two different spreadsheets.

I want to look up the date and a specific word in one spreadsheet and next to the other spreadsheet return the amount for the line that I looked up the date and key word on.

Is that possible?

Excel Facts

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).

Is that possible?
Almost certainly: Yes
However, we would be only guessing about what you are looking at in your sheets. What about some small dummy sample data and the expected results with XL2BB and then explain again referring specifically to the sample data?
