Hi All

I've not come across this error before but I wonder if anyone has experienced the same problem and found a work around

I have attempted to create a web query in excel 2013

When I paste the URL into the query I get several script issues but select to stop the script but I end up with a screen which states

"You are here because we don't support your browser"

I have tried setting various browsers on my machine as the default browser but nothing has worked for me

The browsers I have installed are IE 11, Chrome and Firefox and the web page I am trying to link to is https://uk.trustpilot.com/

On IE 11 I am able to choose the compatibility mode and it works but I am not able to see a way of evoking compatibility mode via the web query

Thank you

Kevin

Excel Facts

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
You're out of luck. The Excel Web Query gives a user string of IE7 to browsers, this cannot be changed, it does not matter what browsers you actually have installed.
