Web Query yahoo mail

Hello my dear Excel friends!
can anyone tell me how to make a web query so I can import into excel a list that was sent to me through yahoo mail?
I did the obvious, a web query from the web but I can't import the table into excel.-

Any solutions will be welcome, thanks!
