Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
Is it not to do with page breaks being visible etc - have a look in options. I am pretty sure it's just a formatting related item.

Do you have the print settings set to draft or anything along those lines... it's definitely something to do with page/print/format settings.
