Can somebody please tell me why this simple Index/Match isn't working. I can't seem to see the forest for the trees :(

Book1
BCDEFGH
2123
31abcColumn Look Up1
42defRow Look Up 1
53hijResult#N/A
Sheet1
Cell Formulas
RangeFormula
H5H5=INDEX(C3:E5,MATCH(1,(H3=C2:E2)*(H4=B3:B5),0))
Press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to enter array formulas.

Please note that this is entered as an array formula.

Thanks for your patience

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
You are mixing rows & column, try
Excel Formula:
=INDEX(C3:E5,MATCH(H4,B3:B5,0),MATCH(H3,C2:E2,0))

Solution
Thanks Fluff. That is perfect. Works great. I have not seen syntax like that before. Is that syntax only available in 365?

No, that's the standard syntax for the index function when isolating rows & columns.
