I heard that Microsoft is going to stop supporting VBA in upcoming office versions. I was wondering what is going to be the method of excel programming after that?

Hi Ilya

Where did you hear that? As far as I know, that hasn't been announced? I would expect VBA to be supported for the foreseeable future and would be extremely surprised if it isn't.

well, for one, I know that it isn't supported on the newest office for Mac - I thought it was well known that they were fazing it out.

VBA was removed from Mac Excel 2008. It was restored in Mac Excel 2011.
