Hey peeps,

On the main page/worksheet at the cell A3, I have a validation>list going. In that list I have city names. Within that list I would like to choose a city name and with the selection of the city name I would like cells A5 to A10 to copy the stores that are on another sheet corresponding to the city store names.

For example I select Calgary, in the validation list and the cell A5 would copy the store number that's on the cell B3 on the Calgary worksheet. Then A6 copies B4 and so forth.

From here I don't know what to use, I've tried IF but there's no logical test. Vlookup isn't right so I'm stumped. Either that or I'm not using the commands right.

All your help is appreciated.

Can you sort left to right?

Hey smitty,

Unfortunately this doesn't help.... I usually get an e-mail asking for 5 out of the 10 stores. So in my second worksheet I want to select the 5 out of the 10 stores and have the 5 I selected to copy onto the original page from the validation selection on the first worksheet by selecting the city.
