What's wrong with my formula?

Basically, if there is anything in the empcontractorname field, it should show it.
Otherwise, I don't want to see anything.
It's a textbox on a form that has the same fields elsewhere on the form.

=IIf([empContractorName]="","","Business: "&[empcontractorname])

It doesn't want to work for me. I either see "Business: " when I shouldn't or I don't see anything, and I should.
Any help? Thanks so much in advance! I'm so rusty with Access.
 

Excel Facts

When they said...
When they said you are going to "Excel at life", they meant you "will be doing Excel your whole life".
An easier way for this should be to use a + rather than &.

="Business: " + [empcontractorname]

The + operator supports null propagation therefor if your field is null the entire expression will return null.
