What's wrong with this IF statement?

This doesn't work, how do I write it correctly?

If Range("b7").Value <> "Telephone Support" Or "Warranty Parts" Then

TRY THIS:
if(or(b7<>"Telephone Support", b7<>"Warranty Parts"),"Good","Bad")

Try

If Range("b7").Value <> "Telephone Support" Or <> "Warranty Parts" Then

I've always had this problem, and have solved it by simply doing:

If Range("b7").Value<> "Telephone Support" Or Range("b7").Value<> "Warranty Parts" Then

So, you can't just string OR's on to the end, it has to be comparing directly.
