Where to learn VBA Macro (for Finance)

Hi,

I work in the Finance industry, and spend a lot of time on excel albeit no fancy schmancy stuff.

I'd like to learn how to build VBA/Macro for any occasion I need it, and I tried reading on free sites but for something with no programming background, it proved to be very difficult understand what the heck it all meant.

I was wondering if anyone can recommend what is the best method and where I can learn how to do VBA and Macro stuff on excel, starting out from very beginning basics to advanced skills.

First thing is to use the macro recorder and then read the code it produces, it seems to be how most people first start learning about macros and how they work.
