i have an excell file, (matter-a-fact - this has done this in word as well) when you go down 30 pages in the sheet and mess around, then say you never want to put anything down there (i cant think of a good enough example) the sheet still seems to recognize it as A "PAGE" it goes through the printer but comes out blank, i am sure you have all had this problem.... just curious if you could remove that lil frustration in my life.. copy/paste to another page does work but its two time consuming...

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
Go to View|Page Break Preview. It should show all of your pages.

Just select the extra rows/pages at the bottom that you don't want and delete them.

That should take care of your printing problem.

Excel will print out all of those pages even if there's nothing but a space on page 30 (for example). You just have to watch what you do, sometimes.

Hope it helps,
