Code:
Dim Datasheet as WorkSheet
Set DataSheet = xlbook.Sheets(1).Copy(After:=ValidationBook.Sheets(ValidationBook.Sheets.Count))

Otherwise, How to do it? Obviously in the most shortest way possible. Thanks in advance.

Excel Facts

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
IMHO the result of
Code:
xlbook.Sheets(1).Copy(After:=ValidationBook.Sheets(ValidationBook.Sheets.Count))
is not an object so you cannot assign it to DataSheet variable.

Try:
Code:
xlbook.Sheets(1).Copy After:=ValidationBook.Sheets(ValidationBook.Sheets.Count)
Set DataSheet = ValidationBook.Sheets(ValidationBook.Sheets.Count) 'a copy is a new last sheet
