How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
What happened when you tried it? If either Find or Autofilter finds the value manually then so will VBA.
All I will say is Strikethough is only a format and not a value so is the same as when you colour or bold a cell.

As for the delete, you haven't provided enough info for us to write a code i.e. you haven't stated what the value is the code is looking for or what column the value is in.

Sir, As this was a general question. you have cleared my doubt. whether with VBA or physically if StrikeThrough Line is Seen on Text or integer that means
it will display the respective text or integer as the case may be.

As of now no such code created.

Any specific syntax you would like to share if a row range is highlighted completely with striketrough. or any links you may guide me to look upon

Thank you for your valuable input.
