Several times lately, I have been unable to save my workbook to OneDrive. I get that warning that the file is badly corrupted, and asks if I want to attemt repair. This is a workbook that I created some years ago, and I haven't added any custom functions or anything to it since it was new. Fortunately, since it won't upload to OneDrive, the cloud copy is intact. I can go to OD, rename the workbook, download it, and go from there. My question is how can I diagnose the problem in order to address it?

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
If you allow Excel to attempt repair, What does it repair?
In times past, several years ago before we were using OneDrive, I've allowed it to 'repair' the workbook. Although it saved almost all of the data, it didn't really fix anything, and I had to rebuild it. I was hoping somebody might know a way to see what was wrong before I had to go that route. If it happens again in the next few days, I'll save the renemed workbook and then attempt repair of the old named one.

I only ask as I have had workbooks "corrupt" when freeze panes is activated and the workbook is saved down a fair bit in the listing of records, i.e first row is frozen and workbook saved on row 657.
If you do attempt a repair of the workbook let me know what it says it repairs. For the above it was xlView
