Hi, I was wondering if you can solve this problem, if I place an "X" on worksheet 1 cell I want the course heading to appear on worksheet 2, i.e. the word hello to appear against "a wing" on worksheet 2 when an "x" is placed in a cell against a name on worksheet 1.I would send the workbook if I knew how to attach it.

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
Your question is unclear.

I'm guessing the X in sheet 1 somehow tells the name of the course to appear on sheet 2. Can you post a sample of your data on sheet 1 so we can see the relationship? Better yet, also post a sample of sheet 2 so we can see the desired result.

See "Download Colo's HTML Maker..." at the bottom of this sheet if you haven't already downloaded the utility.
