Worksheet shows top row as 2736 Column A

I can only unhide one row at a time above the view I now see. There is data there as my client confirmed it exists.

I have tried clicking in upper left corner above row and columns where right corner shows triangle. I can only recopy the sheet and nothing else.

How can I unhide multiple rows that are hidden?

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
Your data is filtered and I suspect it has frozen panes hiding the headers. On the View tab you can unfreeze the panes:

I had checked the Freeze Panes and that was not the issue. None of the views appear to be locked.

I can only copy the worksheet using the top corner

Did some other poking around and downloaded the .xxls??? to see if there were any macros to view. When I tried to open it - got error message about Protection. That appears to be the issue and I am sending back to my client to see if he can unlock with a password he might have used.
