Write down consecutive number in one row

Is there a quick way(formula/macro) to write down the consecutive numbers in a single row.
Example:

I have numbers in 2 columns like this:
1 2
2 6
6 9
11 17
17 32
34 38
38 44
44 52


The output I want:

1 9
11 32
34 52

Kindly suggest!
