Anyone have any experience or know of documentation regarding incompatiability. I have an application that crashes Excel with this OS but in no other OS?

Do You make any Windows-API calls or do You use external references to (Active-x or DLL)?

If you have vba code in that workbook, you may need to set breakpoints, step through the code, etc, and see where it's happening.
