XLBB and Solver not showing up in the ribbon

Hello Gurus,
I'm trying to enable the 2 add-ins but I can't find them in the ribbon. I have tried to restart excel already. What would be the next step for troubleshooting? Thanks!

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
