XY-Scatter Chart With 4 Axes

I have: data point P1(x1, y1); uses the primary X-Axis & primary Y-Axis, and data point P2(x2, y2); uses the secondary X-Axis & secondary Y-Axis.

Can someone please tell me how to join P1 and P2 by a straightline ??

I've tried couple of ideas with no success !

Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Given the variances in the scales, I'm struggling to understand the value that this line would add.

That aside, your best bet may be to use the drawing toolbar to connect the dots manually...
