Zero number when inputting time

Could somebody help me please. When I enter the time "0630" into excel, the zero is removed leaving me with "630". how can I format the cells to retain the zero? I have tried changing the cell to "text" but it always comes up with an error.

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
This inputting time format is wrong. but if you want do your way. Select column GO to Number Format. Select Custom and at Type Section Write 4 Zero:
