Copy paste value selective ranges from wb1 to wb2 using vba and save as new file

I need a VBA code to perform the below task

Active workbook1 .xlsm - to random selective range of cells with Live formula to Copy Paste Value to WB2 on Cell: C19 and save it as new file .xlxs (file name VALUE AT CELL C20 and date DD-MM-YYYY)

Eg: C20 - HOTSAUCE so the new saved file name: HOTSAUCE - 06-08-2017

WB2 destination at C:\User\Admin\Dropbox\SSS-2017\WB2

New file destination at C:\User\Admin\Dropbox\SSS-2017\

<tbody>
</tbody>

Active WB1 and New Saved File remains open whereas WB2 closed after saving new file
