I realize this is very easy for most on this board, but my expertise is quite limited.

I would like to build a formula to add a unique normalization factor to scores that that individual has given.

Individual
ScoreScore + NFNormalizing Factor
AM2AM0.00540
AM1KB-0.00221
AM 3CT-0.00400
AM2GV-0.00185

<style type="text/css"><!--td {border: 1px solid #ccc;}br {mso-data-placement:same-cell;}--></style>

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
=[@Score]+INDEX(Table_Factor[Normalizing Factor],MATCH([@Individual],Table_Factor[Individual],0))

=[@Score]+INDEX(Table_Factor[Normalizing Factor],MATCH([@Individual],Table_Factor[Individual],0))

As a newbie, I am having trouble trying to interpret all of the nomenclature you are throwing down with the brackets and @ symbols.
