Excel Facts

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
Switch to Tabular view for the Pivot Table. Row Labels can leave some confusion.
What data is your "Churches" column of the Pivot Tables source?
And what results do you h=get when double clicking any one of the sum numbers and how does that compare to the source data?

The Tabular view really helped. Thank you so much.
The total for the location or sum of churches still shows 1 for a total?
The source is members and one of the columns is their church name.
