Hello, this is my first time using forum. Wondering if some genius can help me.

Formula please that would return the price of ''Hi-tech 285w'' for what the price was at that time. So to have it look it for what the price was at 13/03/2018
for example the price between 10/02/2018 - 11/02/2018 was £200.00

Panel	Dates - Dates		Price
Hi-Tech 285w	10/02/2018	11/02/2018	£200.00
Hi-Tech 285w	11/03/2018	15/03/2018	£201.00
Hi-Tech 285w	12/04/2018	15/04/2018	£202.00
