Hi friends

I i need two alteration in below code.

1:= CriteriaRange:=Sheets("statement").Range("b1:b3")
2:-formula should be copied in cell (a4) instead of (a1)

Code:

    Set s1 = Sheets("csales")
    Set s2 = Sheets("statement")
    s1.Range("a:h").Copy s2.Range("[COLOR=#ff0000][B]A1[/B][/COLOR]")
