Calculation incomplete error on linked cells

Have two excel sheets with lonked cells. When i open the first one i get an error calculation incomplete .Have checked both sheets and they seem fine. What is it looking for with this error?

I have created some reports with linked cells and get no errors. However, when I give this report to another member of my team, he gets "incomplete calculation errors". I don't know how to fix the problem, especially since I don't get this error. We have the same version of Excel 97 SR2. Can anybody help me with this delimma?

Does the other user have property rights to all the files you are using or are any of the files password protected in any way?
