    Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows how the speech tool in Xp can be called through a macro to recite a section of a worksheet, say a1:a10?

Might want to give the following a look:

    http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...xlmthSpeak.asp

You're using xl2002? I'm pretty stoked for this gem.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks for that link NateO.

Yeah, I agree with you, it looks like a very useful addition indeed. The pronunciation is incredibly smooth and accurate.

A lot of playing around with this will be done for sure!

    Cheers.

You're welcome. Yes indeed, this strikes me as really choice.
