I have thousands of lines of data and need to insert two rows after the change in Column C's content. Once the rows have been inserted I'd like to have Column J's content totaled (i.e. date in this column that falls between the open rows). I don't want to use sub-totals.

Any ideas? If so, I'd love to hear from you
