I have the following data that I would like to put into a stacked bar graph.

Q1 2012 Q2 2012 Q3 2012 Q4 2012
YesNoN/AYesNoN/AYesNoN/AYesNoN/A
Question #150%0%50%18%2%80%17%3%80%100%0%0%
Question #247%7%46%38%2%60%22%8%70%47%3%50%
Question #341%18%41%22%18%60%42%18%40%45%15%40%
Question #434%33%33%64%33%3%38%22%40%90%0%10%

<colgroup><col><col span="2"><col><col span="2"><col><col><col><col><col span="2"><col></colgroup><tbody>
</tbody>

I would like the stacked bar graph to show the stacked graph for Question 1 next to the stacked graph for Question 2 (and so on) for Q1, then the stacked graph for the questions for Q2, and so on and so forth. So far, I cannot find a way to make that happen. Any suggestions?
