Error in loading DLL

Hi guys.

I have an old version (1996) of a german excel file, and every time i try to open it an error message appears, that says:
Microsoft visual basic.
Error in loading DLL.


Is it possible for me to fix this, am I missing some drivers, or what?

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
