Hi All,

I'm building a simple inventory database in Excel and I'm stuck on the last feature I need to add. I would like to be able to scan a barcode and eliminate all database entries except the values in the line that I scanned, just as if I used the autofilter drop down arrow and entered a product number in the custom filter section. The VLookup is close but I don't want to return the values to a different cell, I want to be able to either "jump" to that line in the database or eliminate all the other lines that don't apply. Please help!

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
