Total up to date by product

Hello,
I have table contains product, date quantity.
Then I need to know when my product reached specific quantity for the first time, I mean I will sum the quality date over date until it reach this quantity then I will detect the date.
I appreciate the help.

if my target is 5 of quantity

a>=5	2-Jan
b>=5	2-Jan
c>=5	3-Jan

<colgroup><col width="64" span="2" style="width:48pt"> </colgroup><tbody>
</tbody>

is kind of running total, i need to determined when it reached this value.
