Bar Chart Series

Hi I have a bar chart as on following address.

I am using labels to show labels on green space. I can not edit serious name. Because that labels are linked to other ranges in other sheets. No problem my labels is that when I see print preview the labels are out of place. Is their any other way or fix place for labels.

You can add Data Labels to your series (Format Series|Data Labels tab) and position them (Format Data Labels|Alignment tab). If you can't get the values you want you can download Rob Bovey's XY Chart Labeler and use a range on a worksheet:

Hi Andrew I have installed that on my computer but I could not find out how to label my chart with values that are not used in series of chart.

Just put your labels in a range on the worksheet. Here are the instructions:
