uppercase

My name is RAJ The above text is in one cell. I want "RAJ" to be written in proper case instead of upper case. It should be written as - My name is Raj Note : There is a break between the two lines above.

What is the best way to identify/isolate uppercase letters in a cell? For example, evaluating a cell containing: "Good Mythical Morning" I would result in "GMM". Formulas or vba welcome.
