1,000 Separator in Concatenating Statements

How do you get the 1,000 separator (,) to show in this:

=CONCATENATE("There are ",COUNT (B13:B37),"Variation Orders Valued at ",SUM(F25, F39 . . . . . ),".")

Excel's on-screen help doesn't show anything.

TEXT(SUM(F25, F39 . . . . . ),"#,###")

I'd use...

TEXT(SUM(F25, F39 . . . . . ),"#,##0")
