1. How do i get my filter array to find both words;
=FILTER('Teller Stats'!A7:L1000,ISNUMBER(SEARCH("CashNet",'Teller Stats'!F7:F1000))+('Teller Stats'!F7:F1000="Cash Connect")," ") this formula only gives me the results of cashNet and i want the results of Cash connect only.

2. In the same formula above how do I get column "I" to automatically sort from smallest to largest?

To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
You can wrap your formula in the Sort function & specify col 9 as the sort index.
